Pylota is built for operators who run direct bookings. If Turo or Getaround is your only channel, we're probably not the right fit right now.
Who owns the data?
You do. We're a processor, not a controller. Export everything — customers, bookings, transactions, conversations — in a single tap. If you cancel, your data is deletable within 30 days.
What if Pylota sends the wrong quote?
Every outbound message passes through a 10-second undo window. Pending high-stakes replies land in your Approval queue first. If something still goes out wrong, you can recall it and the agent will follow up with the corrected quote under your brand.
Who's liable if Pylota hallucinates?
You are the operator of record; Pylota is tooling that acts on your instructions. Our MSA defines the boundary: the agent only takes actions you've explicitly authorised through Autonomy settings. Anything above your threshold routes to you for human-in-the-loop sign-off.
Can I turn Pylota off?
Yes — instantly. Settings → Autonomy has a kill switch that pauses every agent for your account; replies go back to manual. You can also scope autonomy per workflow (Copilot, Pilot, Autopilot) so the agent only acts where you trust it.
Can I see everything Pylota has done?
Every agent action — messages sent, refunds issued, ads adjusted, prices changed — is in your exportable audit log with a cryptographic timestamp. Filter by booking, customer, or date. Admissible as evidence in chargebacks and disputes.
How does Pylota handle CCPA?
Pylota is CCPA/CPRA compliant by default. Your customers can request their data, have it deleted, and opt out of sale (we don't sell it). Tools handle requests within the 45-day window.
Can I run Pylota without forwarding my phone?
