These terms apply to the pilota.me marketing website. Separate operator terms govern use of the Pilota app and API — presented at sign-up.

Pilota is a software-as-a-service product. Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Voice and SMS services are provided by Vonage and Vapi. Pilota does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice; operators are responsible for their own compliance with applicable regulations.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
